Embroidering Towels

I braved towels last week.  I have had five towels to monogram/ personalize for almost a month, and I was a little afraid of the process.  I did a lot of research beforehand and once I understood what I would have to do, I aquired the necessary supplies....

... and finally got to it.

I think they turned out well.

Maxwell wants a beach towel with a crab on it now.

The bows on the flipflops really make them POP (as they would say on all those design shows)!  The ribbon is secured well to the towel, and the ribbon ends are heat sealed for durability.
