When I was visiting my mom recently, I went into an independent sewing shop in Lafayette and saw a t-shirt with a pocket that looked like a purse.  I reinterpreted this idea into my Purse T-Shirt.  The pocket idea was cute, but not very functional, so I did away with that and just designed (and digitized) an applique that looked like a purse.  I had to monogram it, of course!  And then I added the decorative trim up the shirt, around the arm, and back to the other side of the purse to make it look like the little girl is actually wearing a purse!
